Welcome

Your child can become a strong, happy reader—and you don’t have to do it alone.

Ready to see your child shine with confidence and curiosity?

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe in:
Kindness first—kids need to feel safe and seen before they can learn.
Empathy always—because I’ve helped my own children overcome reading struggles, and I get it.
Lifelong learning—when kids connect to what they’re reading, they carry that love with them.
My lessons are gamified, interest-led, and built on systematic, evidence-based reading instruction. I meet each student where they are and make learning feel like play—not pressure.

How I Connect With Kids

I’m known for building strong relationships with both students and parents. Families tell me their kids look forward to lessons because I make learning fun and help them feel successful. I’m always open to feedback, and I take time to pause lessons when needed to connect, reset, or celebrate a win.

What I Want for Your Child

More than anything, I want your child to believe they’re a reader. I want them to pick up a book and think, “I can read this!”—and smile while doing it. Whether they’re just starting out or trying to catch up, I’m here to guide, support, and cheer them on every step of the way.
